Express Check-Out Check-out time is at noon, but guests in a rush can order an express check-out through the television or guest room phone. You may leave the key in the room on your way out, and a copy of your bill will be mailed to the address we have on file or e-mailed to you, at your preference. Laundry/Dry Cleaning Laundry, dry cleaning, and pressing services are available daily. Items turned in to Guest Services by 9 a.m. will be returned by 6 p.m. A list of laundry instructions and options is located in your guest room armoire or closet. Valet Parking Not all of New York drives, but for guests who do, the hotel offers premier valet parking. Valet parking is also available for SUVs and trucks.
