    Less than 24 hour visit as we attended a wedding at Capitale - only regret is that we couldn't have stayed longer. Relaxing and comfy oasis. All the staff were friendly and attentive -- very appreciative. Will return.

    This was my very 1st visit to N.Y.C.. It was for a viewing of documentary that 5 winners (including myself) were in. I had an exceptional stay at this grand hotel. The staff the best. One stood out above all of the others. I say that because this man helped me with my "Bow Tie". That staff person name is Omar. Words can not express my thanks to him. He made me shine even more than I was shining. Thanks for the "King's treatment" that I received.
